Drop these PNGs into CapCut (Overlay) or Canva on top of your footage. They are already sized and placed; do not move or resize them.

01-logo-overlay.png       The white logo on its own, top left, no plate. Keep it on for the whole video.
02-lower-third-plate.png  Rounded Ink name plate with a red edge. Type the name (serif) and role (sans) on top of it. Show it for 3 seconds when the speaker first appears.
03-hook-panel.png         Square white panel for the hook in the first 2 seconds. Type the hook on it in the sans font.
04-end-card.png           Last 3 seconds of every video.
05-safe-zone-guide.png    Alignment guide only. Captions sit in the dashed box, on the 400 px safe line. Delete this layer before export.

Fonts, best first:
1. General Sans + Crimson Text (install them; both free)
2. DM Sans + EB Garamond (free Google Fonts, if 1 is not available)
3. Instagram 'Classic' / 'Literature', TikTok 'Classic' / 'Serif' (built into the apps)

Captions: Medium weight, white on an Ink plate (#212529) with rounded corners, two lines at most, inside the dashed box. Check names before export.
Export: 1080p, 30 fps.
