Templates.
Every recurring post has a kit: a fixed layout, mode and copy formula. Change the content, never the layout. That is how a volunteer team publishes like one studio.
Poster series
The system on the feed, on 6 columns and 8 rows: one hero, hairline information columns, grey frames where photographs go. White with red every day, Ember with red for the big moments.
Every design here is live. Hover one to switch its grid, swap its colours or edit its text. Press G to show the grid on all of them.
Event covers
TFI runs seven kinds of event. Each kind owns one cover: a ground, one headline structure and one hero. Pick the kind, and the cover is already decided.

Recurring posts
The posts we make again and again, and what each one says. Build them on any poster layout above; the recipe opens a starting point in the studio.

Campaign: Africa is 19
Africa’s median age is about 19: half the continent is younger than that. A campaign built on one true number, told with honest charts. #AfricaIs19
In every hundred Africans, 34 are 15 to 34.

The line
Africa is 19. The youngest continent deserves the best-formed leaders.
The proof
Median age by region, one tick per year. Africa in Fort Red.
The ask
Apply to the FLDC · Share your age and your Fort · #AfricaIs19
Facts
Use the rounded UN figures as written and cite them on every piece.
Presentations
Every deck sits on 12 columns with a 96 margin and 24 gutter. Pick the slide type first, then the cover is decided: Report (White), Module (White, image bleeding right), Partnership (Ember), Divider (White, big red number).

Teaching slides
FLDC modules and classes use three empty lock-ups. The logo, module, section and page number live in the margins, so the 12-column content area is always free. White ground; one idea per slide.
Below them, Module 8, Institutions and Leadership, built on all three.
Documents
Long reads follow the same rules as posters: a fixed grid per format, content on whole columns and rows, grey frames for photographs. Programmes and reports sit on A4 with 6 or 12 columns; handbooks and decks on landscape grids. Open any page and switch the grid on.
Applications
The system in the real world: on phones, in inboxes, on screens, on paper and on stage.
Building integrated communities of self-leading, transformational citizen-leaders.

Profile

Dear Leader,
A few months ago, I was sitting in the sitting room when the power holding company took the light. In the quiet that followed, I kept thinking about the conditions under which good people fail…
Yours in leadership,
